The most memorable retreats and workshops do not ask people to sit back and consume. They create the safety, energy, and structure for people to take part. Syd hosts and works with teams, and small groups to shape an experience that meets the moment. Choose one focused workshop or build a layered journey that lets participants learn, feel, practise, and connect.
A strong fit for :
Retreat hosts who want an embodied wellness experience.
Teams navigating stress, change, growth, or disconnection.
Leaders who want their people to build connection, conversation, wellness focused experience with tangible tools
Small groups ready to reset patterns and reconnect with themselves. Communities looking for a meaningful shared practice.
“I had the opportunity to attend a three-day retreat with Syd Vaughan at Eco Bay Chalet. This was my first retreat experience, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Every moment of the retreat was planned in a way that allowed connection, engagement and coaching. I enjoyed the ebb and flow of the days where we spent time in coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, visualizations and cold plunging. In-between the curated sessions there was time to integrate, relax, connect with friends and make use of the beautiful amenities (hot tub and sauna).
The highlight of the retreat for me was the breathwork sessions and cold plunging experience. I have been in spaces before that are “held” by the facilitator but none of them compared to the safety I felt in Syd Vaughans sessions. Syd has a unique gift of making you feel welcomed, settled and safe during her sessions. I am forever thankful for the sessions I experienced that weekend as they shifted me in ways that I did not expect. Another highlight of this retreat was the food. When I booked the retreat, I was worried about the food as I have many different food allergies including Celiac. The woman in charge of the food incorporated delicious food options that I could enjoy, and she ensured everything was cooked, plated and stored separately to ensure no cross contamination.
If you ever have the opportunity to attend a retreat with Syd just say YES. Your future self will be so glad you did. “
